Higgins Coatings Wins at MPA Awards

We’re proud to share that our restoration of the historic Carlton Fire Station Apartments, has been recognised at the Master Painters Association of Victoria/ Tasmania Awards - Heritage Restoration (Commercial Over $100,000).

Originally built as the Carlton Fire Station, this heritage-listed landmark required a careful balance of preservation, compliance and craftsmanship. Working within strict heritage requirements, coordinating with residents, the City of Melbourne and Yarra Trams, our Victorian team delivered a restoration that protects the building for years to come while honouring its history.
