Chairman's Club 2026: Celebrating the People Behind Higgins

For 16 years, Chairman’s Club has been an important Higgins tradition, recognising outstanding performance and the contribution our people make to the continued success of our business.

From 26–29 July, 100 of our highest-performing team members from across Australia came together at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast for Chairman’s Club 2026 – four days dedicated to recognition, connection and celebration.

Recognising performance

Chairman’s Club 2026 began with an evening dedicated to recognise and celebrate exceptional individuals and teams from across the business, while the Higgins leadership team reflected on another successful year and acknowledging the people helping drive Higgins forward.

Following the awards, celebrations continued with dinner by the Lagoon Beach, where our teams from across Australia came together for an evening of great food and company under the stars.

Connecting beyond day-to-day

This experience is about bringing our people together. Throughout the four days, attendees could choose from experiences including golf at Sanctuary Cove, jet skiing, go karting, paintball and wellness activities.

Between activities, the Lagoon Beach Club became the central meeting point – giving everyone the chance to relax, celebrate their achievements and build stronger relationships with other team members from around the country.

A night to remember

One of the highlights of Chairman’s Club 2026 was an exclusive evening aboard YOT. Cruising through the Gold Coast waterways, the team enjoyed an evening of food, entertainment and spectacular views.
