Earlier this month, our team - Harry Higgins, Rob Stephens, Danny Pope and Keith Prince travelled to Reutlingen, Germany to visit our international partners at Heinrich Schmid - the world's largest commercial painting company.
Through our employee exchange program, team members from both organisations have the opportunity to live and work abroad, expanding their trade skills, gaining life experience, and learning from different working cultures and environments.
