75 Years of Stories

In 2024, Higgins Coatings is proud to celebrate 75 years of stories.

Founded by the family patriarch, Gerry Higgins, an Irish immigrant, in 1949, Higgins Coatings was a man and a van. Fast forward to now and our business has grown to 24 branches and over 1,000 employees Australia wide.

The family values that Gerry embedded into the Higgins Coatings DNA are still present in 2024 - and so are the Higgins family. Gerry's sons John and Gerard, and his grandsons Marcus, Luke and Harry, are dedicated to ensuring that we continue to deliver upon Gerry's promise to do 'whatever it takes' to help our customers.

Our success is due, in large part, to the loyalty of those we have been able to provide service to and the dedication of our people.

This is a collective milestone and a celebration we share together, so thank you to our customers for the part you have played in the journey.
