Our Rockhampton team was engaged to rejuvenate the exterior of the apartment complex located at 44 Hill St, Yeppoon.

The brickwork at the facility was in poor condition, with mortar falling away in some places and paintwork that was badly degraded.

Our local painting professionals performed patching, sealing, and repairs to create a reliable base before executing a full external repaint.

The project's specification provided by Dulux required extensive spraying, something our team was confident in handling thanks to our recent training programs.

We made use of an Elevated Work Platform to safely reach the front and car park sides of the building, and we set up exclusion zones and put up signage to keep pedestrians away from the work zones.

This unique painting project took five weeks to complete, and we had up to five painters on-site at any given time.

The colour change has given the apartment complex a new lease on life.
