What criteria will you use to measure each of these items?

Who are the qualified personnel needed to complete the job?
In what timeframe do they need to complete the job?

What equipment is necessary to complete the project?

Is there available equipment to carry out the project in a timely and high-quality manner?
Is this equipment in good working order?
Have you developed checkpoints to review quality of equipment at different stages of the project?

A planned equipment check is a proactive way of identifying potential quality errors and project timeline miscalculations.

Do you have a dynamic project manager?

Is a leader or foreman needed on site to oversee the quality of service delivery?
Is the project or site manager dynamic enough to enforce and ensure that quality metrics and deadlines are met?

Is there a thorough review process?

What review process is in place to ensure that the right people are assessing quality of services and production at the right time?
