Vision Apartments
Higgins was approached to help bring the facilities at Vision Apartments back to life. After rigorous discussions regarding the needs of their buildings, we developed a tailored solution that aimed to reduce superfluous works.
The first phase of the works focussed on an external repaint, with minor internal repainting to common areas. This included a colour change, with two-pack paint administered on all prefinished steel works. Minor building repairs were required to close out the works.
The project was completed under a strict time frame and featured over 2,100 operational hours across a seven-week period.
