Unley Town Hall
In 2014, Higgins was awarded a 5-year supply agreement for the provision of painting services to the City of Unley. The council identified 11 buildings in need of maintenance and repainting and the highlight of these works was the external repainting of the Town Hall/Civic Centre.
After a recent LED lighting upgrade to the façade, our team carried out a full clean up and repaint to restore this heritage beauty to her former glory. Given the high profile location, pedestrian safety and traffic management were essential and the use of exclusion zones ensured all works were carried out safely, without disruption to council, patrons or public.
