Project Overview

Located in the heart of Cronulla, Tiana Apartments is a multi-storey residential complex exposed to the demanding conditions of Sydney’s coastal environment. Salt-laden air, moisture and constant weather exposure had contributed to deterioration of the building’s exterior, resulting in ageing coatings, structural defects and water ingress issues that required a comprehensive remediation strategy.

Higgins Sydney was engaged to deliver a complete external repaint alongside extensive remedial and rectification works.
