The Sands
Reliability is one of our strengths and has seen us be called upon to complete works on this Surfers Paradise property after a competitor was unable to continue the project. Higgins stepped in to carry out massive concrete rectification repairs using over 3 tonne of Renderoc. We then did a repaint with a change of colours for a new look, including a full repaint of the car park. Access was gained using swing stage and our abseil team. The end result… a very satisfied committee at The Sands.
