The Lighthouses
The heritage-listed Caloundra Lighthouses sit at the feet of The Lighthouses apartment complex, which overlooks the breathtaking Kings Beach.
The body corporate committee of this facility engaged Higgins to perform a full external repaint of the building, including repairs to nominated surfaces and steel works. Our Sunshine Coast team was selected over competitors, due to pricing, and a willingness to collaborate with the customer.
The project spanned for eight weeks with our team providing a solution that covered the corrosion and water ingress that had become a major issue for the building. Inclement weather provided a challenge throughout the duration of the project. Through careful planning, our operations team was able to complete this project on-time and within budget, with the outcome thrilling the customer as evident below.
