The Lakes Estate Retirement Village offers its residents access to a range of facilities within the ever-expanding suburb of Taylors Lakes.
Higgins was engaged by Stockland to complete a full external repaint of the village's living spaces and community centre.
Given the facilities remained operational throughout, our Melbourne team had to work diligently to ensure minimal disruption towards the staff and residents.
The project involved collaboration from Dulux who were pivotal in selecting the colours and planning out a works schedule. This helped us complete the project on-time and without any defects.
