Higgins Coatings was engaged by Vantage Strata to deliver a full internal and external repaint at the Astin Apartments, a large residential strata complex. This project marked the building’s first major repaint and formed part of a long-term maintenance strategy, including an ongoing Planned Maintenance Agreement.
