Stockland Highlands Retirement Village
Located in Craigieburn, Highlands Retirement Village is a vibrant community that offers residents easy access to health services, recreational facilities and shopping. Inside the village, the grounds are well-maintained which set a standard for our Melbourne team to meet while undertaking the full external repaint of over 100 individual units.
A project of this scale required meticulous preparation to execute. The team initially conducted a detailed walk-through to determine which of the units needed most attention. Since the village was built in stages, we determined that the older homes would benefit from a repaint to redeem their weathered facades.
To stagger the scope effectively throughout the project time-frame, we worked closely with village management to communicate the timing and schedule with all residents which negated any unit access issues. Pedestrian and traffic management measures were implemented to ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
Using premium Dulux paint, we achieved a supreme finish that is designed to stand the test of time.
