St James College
St James College is an independent Catholic Secondary School, established in 1868 and still operating today – making it one of the the oldest Schools in Queensland. Our Brisbane team was engaged to help provide a refresh to their heritage buildings and contemporise their facilities with new paintwork.
Our Sales Team worked closely with the College Executive Team to tailor a repainting plan that would respect the heritage and history of St James College, while satisfying their painting budget.
We listened to the needs of the College and identified complexities and challenges of the buildings on-site to provide a painting solution that the College Executive Team was happy with.
The maintenance painting plan prioritised the older heritage buildings in the early stages of the plan. After this, our painting experts could turn their attention to the other, less urgent areas, enabling the College to be in control of their repaints over the course of the multi-year painting partnership.
Beyond providing a successful repaint both internally and externally to several buildings in years one (1) and two (2) of this painting plan, Higgins has partnered with the College for various ceremonial evenings such as cultural and sporting events – when you work with Higgins, you’re getting another member of the family.
Our operations team has successfully applied their craft at each visit so far and are excited to return to provide painting maintenance for several years to come.
