St Augustine's Anglican Rectory
St Augustine's Anglican Church in Hamilton is the religious home of many followers of Anglicanism. While the Church itself is in good condition, its neighbouring Rectory was rundown and in need of a major refurbishment - enter the Brisbane Building Services team from Higgins.
Higgins were awarded the project via tender and provided the customer with a complex multi-trade plan to help uplift the facilities. The scope involved restumping the building, demolition of internal walls and internal structural works. Higgins project managed several trades including but not limited to engineering, plumbing, electrical, floor polishing, carpentry, flooring, carpet and solar tubing.
After all structural upgrades were complete, our world-class painters applied their expertise in providing an internal repaint on all newly prepared surfaces.
