Sheraton Mirage
Higgins Coatings were employed to transform the client's vision for the iconic Sheraton Mirage Hotel into a reality.
Nestled in Queensland's tropical Far North, the scope of this project was considerable. Each of the 288 internal guest rooms needed to be repainted, as did the exterior of the resort and lagoons. An external remediation was also carried out, which included waterproofing, re-texturing and rendering repairs. In total, the space added up to be approximately 10,000m2.
Thanks to careful planning and time management, we could ensure that key milestones were met so that the resort could be opened on time and with minimal disruption to customers.
