Located in the heart of the Geelong CBD this hotel offers accommodation for business and leisure travellers alike.

Higgins were engaged to provide a full internal repaint of all 138 rooms within the facilities. The scope for each room included vermiculite ceilings, plasterboard walls, timber skirting and timber doors and frames.

In addition to the rooms, our works focused on the common areas throughout the hotel. Given the need for the facility to remain operational, our operations team planned the project to allow our painters to work on two levels at a time with all other levels open and unaffected.

All works were completed during the COVID-19 pandemic, which meant the project was completed with our COVID-Safe plan in place.
