Regional Rail Link
The Regional Rail Link Project Victoria is a $505 million landmark infrastructure development that includes the design and construction of about 25 kilometres of railway track and stations west of Melbourne. Higgins has had a team of 4 painters working 6 days a week for 12 months to complete the painting of bridges, retaining walls, jersey barriers/steel concrete barriers and train
stations, all while working with and around other contractors involved. With challenges including bad weather and the presence of snakes; efficient planning, time management and thorough WHS checks kept works safe and on track.
