The large-scale hotel franchise appointed our Melbourne team to service a number of their accommodation facilities, one of them being Quest Moonee Valley. The objective was to renew parts of the facility, inside and out, while eliminating the need to re-engage long-term.
Our experts proposed a solution that would alleviate the hassle that is often associated with arranging painting and building works. The multi-year maintenance plan detailed a scope that would uplift every area, when it was required.
The initial works consisted of an internal repaint that spanned multiple hotel rooms and common areas which were patched prior to receiving a fresh coat of paint to match pre-existing colour.
Large scale projects such as this require meticulous planning and coordination. Our team of expert project managers and painters recognise this and take every measure to mitigate on-site complications. In this instance, we were aware that the facility was to remain partially operational throughout the painting project, therefore we devised the works schedule to suit. Traffic and pedestrian management were also put in place to manage the many entrances and exits around the facility.
