Project Overview

Higgins Coatings was engaged by Quest Chatswood to carry out a multi-floor refurbishment of its serviced apartments and guest areas. The scope included a full internal repaint, carpet replacement, and targeted remedial works. All delivered in a live hotel setting with minimal impact on guests or bookings.

Working to Quest’s premium brand standards, our Sydney team completed these works using Dulux high-performance coatings and INTERFACE commercial-grade carpet, achieving a refreshed, long-lasting finish that elevated the entire guest experience.

Services Delivered

  • Internal Repaint: High-traffic areas such as corridors, reception and meeting rooms were treated with Dulux Wash & Wear Super Tough Low Sheen, while guest rooms received standard low sheen for a smooth, durable finish.
  • Flooring: Installation of INTERFACE CushionBacRE P modular carpet in guest rooms and commercial-grade options in shared areas, installed by certified contractors.
  • Ceilings: Uniform white finish using Dulux Professional Ceiling Flat White.
  • Doors and Trims: Painted with Dulux Super Aquanamel for a clean, semi-gloss finish across skirtings, frames and stairwells.
  • Handover: Final vacuum and pile lift ensured rooms were guest-ready immediately upon completion.
