Higgins Wins 10-Year Contract in Surfing Hotspot Pavillions on 1770 Pavillions on 1770 is beachside resort in the beautiful, seaside town of Agnes Water, midway between Bundaberg and Gladstone. Nestled in front of one of Australia’s top rated surf beaches, on-going maintenance to the painted surfaces was an issue for the property. The Body Corporate decided that a long-term preventative maintenance program would be the best solution to the resort’s needs, and Higgins was engaged for a 10-year period.
Year 1 works included a significant amount of repainting, which was focused on the ocean facing elevations that were most in need of attention on the property. The client was extremely happy with how the works have already restored the look of the complex and gave our team a glowing review.
