Parkside Miranda
Higgins was engaged to perform a multi-year painting maintenance plan at the Parkside Miranda strata complex. The complex contains over 175 apartments and six buildings, all of which received attention from our operations crew.
The key challenge prevalent in this project was access to all substrates throughout. In order to safely access all areas we utilised swing stages, and fixed scaffolding to safely carry out the works.
Our scope included painting on all exterior walls, remedial repairs to concrete elements, installation of metal capping’s to all balcony balustrades and the rectification of construction joints via epoxy injection.
With the initial repaint complete, we look forward to returning to site to maintain the facilities in the future.
