The paintwork at the facility had become rundown and was in need of restoration, both internally and externally.
The facility management team of Oaks engaged our Rockhampton team to help reinvigorate the complex with a full internal and external repaint.
The customer's key focus was maintaining occupancy throughout the project - a challenge our operations team was confident they could overcome.
We managed access via ropes, elevated work platforms, and scaffolding and erected signage and exclusion zones to keep the public safe at all times.
Paint partner Dulux provided the specification used on-site which featured a mix of Dulux Weathershield externally and Dulux Wash&Wear internally.
