Northbeach Pavilion
Northbeach Pavilion was built and opened to the public back in 1938, such is the age of this tourist precinct.
Located on the main beachfront of Wollongong North, there is a large, and ever-increasing number of patrons that utilise the facility daily.
Higgins was engaged by the Wollongong City Council to help ensure that the state of the art facilities were maintained to the high quality they have become renowned for.
The works included internal and external repainting utilising a Dulux specification. Extra consideration had to be taken to ensure our selected paint specification would be capable of withstanding the rigours of the weather.
In completing the project, our team also cleaned all handrails and structural steel.
