Mattanya Residences
The University of Adelaide offers a first-class education to a range of students each year, with many utilising the tertiary institutes boarding facilities. The Mattanya Residences play home to groups of students each semester, and recently required repainting works to maintain the condition of the facility. The University of Adelaide engaged Higgins to help restore life into their facility.
Higgins completed an external repaint of the Mattanya Student Residences. The student accommodation posed a few challenges throughout the project. The use of an elevated work platform within a tight space was a difficult feat achieved by our Operations Team. Additionally, the colours utilised had to match the original heritage scheme.
After several weeks on-site, our team of four painters completed this project with an excellent finish.
