Marcoola Beach Resort
Marcoola Beach Resort offers guests breathtaking beachfront views, and a range of amenities to ensure that all who stay enjoy their experience. In recent times, the paintwork had become faded and in need of an overhaul - enter the team at Higgins Coatings.
Our painting experts were engaged to provide a full external repaint to the facility, all while remaining operational. Before applying any paint, we performed building washdowns to remove any contaminants and debris.
A combination of scaffolding, boom lifts and rope access was utilised to safely access all areas. We applied a Dulux specification to the facilities, which included a colour change from the previous coating system. Though such a large resort could prove challenging to some, our operations crew of 8-10 on-site at any one time were able to effectively manage the project with a carefully planned works schedule.
