The Mantra Twin Towns, located on the border of Queensland and New South Wales is a luxury resort that combines picturesque views, with access to local entertainment. The facilities require consistent attention to maintain their pristine condition, and help attract holiday goers. 

Having previously repainted the adjacent Mantra Ocean Tower a few years earlier, we were engaged to help revitalise this building’s look. The resort required remedial works and an exterior repaint, including a colour change.

Throughout the project we dealt closely with the owners and body corporate to ensure limited disruption to all parties. Fortnightly meetings were held with key personnel to ensure everyone was updated on the progress and kept abreast of any key milestones. Given the access issues present within this project, we had to utilise a combination of swing stages and industrial rope to complete this job while maintaining OH&S compliance
