La Mer
Higgins was engaged to perform a full external repaint at La Mer Beachfront Apartments within Torquay, Hervey Bay. The customer, Mercer & Cooper, had recently acquired several additional units and was interested in upgrading the complex to increase the value of the property.
Our team designed a colour scheme that would help modernise the building and move away from the previous mix of maroon and mustard, to a sleek white finish. Use of height access equipment and abseil-painters was necessary to complete all works in an OH&S compliant manner.
