Kingswood College
Founded in 1890, Kingswood College carries a heritage that leans on providing innovative learning for its students. The Box Hill campus includes a junior school and a secondary school - both of which Higgins was appointed to paint. Having completed previous painting works at the school, the client trusted our reputation and engaged our Melbourne team to return and do what they do best.
The scope of works needed to be delivered in a tight timeframe. This compounded with COVID-19 restrictions, permit requirements and sub-optimal weather conditions all posed a challenge. Our painting experts managed these challenges and applied premium Haymes paints to produce an exquisite finish. Before applying the coats, the team worked with the school to revise the colour palette to brighten up the externals with a more contemporary look.
During the project, the team accessed all substrates using boom lifts to efficiently achieve coverage.
