Hemisphere Apartments
Higgins was engaged by the Owners Of the Hemisphere Apartments to complete an external painting project at their building.
The residential building is located on the border of East Perth and the Perth CBD, boasting 48 apartments with uninterrupted river views.
The scope included a colour consultation and full external repaint, to be completed in two stages.
The first stage focused on remedying and repainting areas where water leakage had causes issues on the roof. The second stage focused on external facades, that required a range of access methodology.
The owners were happy with the result, as expressed by their building manager below.
