With cosmopolitan Lygon Street and some of Melbourne’s best dining a pleasant stroll away, this apartment complex is prime real estate. The compound features a variety of spacious, light-filled apartments with high ceilings and gracious balconies and verandas. Our fresh paint job beautifully compliments the abundant flora which flanks the apartments, giving the site an oasis-like vibe, despite its proximity to Melbourne’s vibrant version of Little Italy.
This was an enjoyable job for our Higgins Coatings Melbourne team, though it came with its own set of complexities. With such a large community of tenants living in the apartments, accessibility depended on flexibility, organisation, and communication from the Higgins crew. We managed these challenges professionally and effectively.
By using a combination of access equipment and abseil, the Higgins team was able to provide a cost-effective solution for the project, which consisted of a sizeable exterior painting job as well as building works. Our Building Services team was also aboard this endeavour, where they undertook painting and door replacements throughout the complex. As a result, the property looks contemporary, well-maintained, and enviable.
