Higgins partnered with long-time customer Torbay Constructions to deliver the painting schedule of the planned refurbishment works at Fraser Coast Anglican College.

Our scope on-site was a full internal and external paint of the newly renovated areas. The interior of the Ginn Centre required intricate project management.

The high ceilings posed a challenge for our operations team. Multiple external contractors were on-site for the duration of the project.

We communicated with the contractors daily and leveraged EWPs to access all areas. The structural steel of the ceiling needed to be repainted in industrial coatings. Our team of two navigated the external trades to complete the project.

In addition to the sports court within the Ginn Centre, we performed painting works in the refurbished gyms and storage areas.
