Festival Hall
This iconic Melbourne music venue was treated to its first new look for decades. Due to the aging condition of the building, extensive preparation works and repairs were needed. Caulking and render repairs were carried out protect the building from leaks. Access methods were a combination of both rope and mechanical, especially as works were undertaken in close proximity to train lines. When Festival Hall decided that a new, modern look was needed, Higgins was able to provide a colour consultant to work closely with all the stakeholders to bring this iconic building into the 21st century.
