Fairfield Forum Shopping Centre
“We recently engaged Higgins to paint the exterior of a large sub-regional shopping centre and can highly recommend them. The works were carried out in a professional manner, on-time and in accordance with their proposal.” Trevor Byles, Executive Director, Harrington Property
Fairfield Forum Shopping Centre in Western Sydney was looking very dated and tired. The brief from the owners, Harrington Property, was to give the centre a much-needed facelift so it had a modern and fresh look more appealing for their customers.
With the aid of a colour consultant and professional advice from Taubmans, a two-tone grey colour scheme was chosen to bring the centre into the 21st Century. Works were carried out using a combination of boom and scissor lifts and we worked very closely with centre management to ensure minimal disruption to the centre operations and its shoppers.
We are pleased to say that this was another successful project for our team who completed the painting on time and to budget. The client was extremely happy with the result and expressed that our initial quote was sufficiently detailed and well organised, which gave them confidence that the job was adequately provisioned for and would not involve any variations or surprises.
