Project Overview
Higgins Coatings was engaged by the City of Parramatta to deliver a large-scale repaint and refurbishment of three of the city’s busiest public car parks - Parramatta Station Carpark, Justice Precinct Carpark, and Eat Street Carpark.
The project scope encompassed a complete visual and functional upgrade, ensuring the facilities reflected the city’s growth while improving safety, navigation, and community experience.

- Repainting bare concrete ceilings using industrial spray guns for a consistent, high-quality finish.
- Wayfinding design upgrades with new paint schemes applied to structural columns, improving visibility and user navigation.
- Repainting external PebbleCrete surfaces, delivered safely with qualified rope-access painters.
- Updated line marking to improve traffic flow and safety.
- Comprehensive washing and preparation, ensuring surfaces were primed for durability.
