Project Overview
Higgins Coatings has partnered with Citipointe Christian College for more than 10 years, delivering an ongoing external repainting and maintenance plan across its Brisbane campus.
Spanning both junior and senior school facilities, our maintenance plan covers a diverse portfolio of buildings with varying sizes, access requirements and maintenance needs. Through a staged approach, our Brisbane team works closely with the College to prioritise works in line with annual budgets, operational requirements and the demands of an active education environment.
Over the course of our partnership, the maintenance plan has also supported a significant colour transformation across the campus, creating a more contemporary and welcoming setting for students, staff and the wider College community, while protecting important education assets for the future.

Delivering repainting works within a live school environment requires careful planning, scheduling and ongoing coordination to ensure the safety of students, staff and contractors while allowing teaching and learning to continue with minimal disruption.

With multiple buildings across the junior and senior campuses, our team tailors the delivery approach to each stage of the plan. Depending on the scale and complexity of the works, teams of between four and ten painters are deployed, allowing resources to be adjusted to maximise productivity within the available delivery windows.

Access requirements also vary throughout the campus. Higgins utilises a combination of EWPs and scaffold where required, enabling teams to safely and efficiently complete works across elevated and difficult-to-access areas.

The long-term nature of the partnership also enables works to be strategically planned around the College’s annual budgets, helping prioritise maintenance requirements while progressively improving the campus.
