Central Park Apartments
Our Canberra team was engaged to perform a full external repaint to Blocks D, E, F and G of the Central Park Apartments located at 21 Beissel St, Belconnen.
The facility is adjacent to a previous project Higgins has delivered, which the customer remarked of when awarding Higgins the repainting project.
We pressure cleaned all external surfaces and performed building repairs as required. Access was managed via boom lifts, with a custom boom used for a unique access challenge at the building’s rear.
To assist in the decision regarding a new colour palette, Higgins engaged an Interior Decorator to provide visual overlays the customer could review.
After determining a new colour palette our team of operatives applied Haymes Rendertex Armourguard citing its ability to provide long-term external protection and excellent flexibility to bridge hairline cracking present throughout the complex. Haymes Ultra Premium Expressions range was also used for internal common areas.
The project spanned for several months and left the facility looking brand new.
