Our Projects

The Caroline Chisholm Centre is a privately owned building that houses the Department Of Human Services (Centrelink). Higgins Coatings was contracted to paint the interior common areas of the base building. The building has a very tall, open atrium, so accessing this area provided a challenge above the ordinary; we used a combination of special boom lifts and our experienced abseil team. The tenant also wanted to remain open and fully functioning during the repainting, so all works were carried out at night and on weekends.
