BlueCare Tangara Retirement Village is a high-end retirement living facility that provides sweeping views of Brisbane's West End. The BlueCare team was familiar with the workmanship of our Brisbane team, having worked with them on previous projects. They noted that they were impressed with our thorough proposal, and professionalism displayed at previous sites.

Our Brisbane painting professionals were engaged to provide an external repaint, to help restore the building's paintwork that had begun to fade.

We performed the full external repaint across eight weeks with up to ten painters on-site at any one time, including rope technicians and ground-work painters. 

BlueCare recently engaged Higgins to undertake a full exterior paint on our retirement village at West End. From the planning right through to the final finishes, Higgins were professional, organised and completed the job within the specified time frame with very minimal disruption to our residents.

Higgins provided consistent communications to all our staff and residents throughout the process which was greatly appreciated.
