The Metropolitan Fire Brigade
Higgins recently completed internal painting of the offices at 456 Albert St, East Melbourne. The works were staged over 10-16 weekends to minimise disruptions to daily operations.
The scope entailed repainting office cubicles to tie in with the new colour scheme of MFB’s internal rebranding; as well as painting parts of the museum, classified as heritage buildings. Our specialised painters had strict OHS and legal requirements to adhere to, including rulings about the equipment that could be used onsite. Higgins is now established as one MFB’s main contractors for future works, already forecast.
