Higgins is in the midst of year 3, of a 5 year program with Lauriston; whereby Higgins is systematically painting all the externals of the school.
Lauriston was impressed with the Higgins strategy to spread the repaints, as not all buildings needed to be painted in year one of the contract. This maintenance contract meant a more cost effective program for the school.
