Nestled in the suburban streets of South Yarra, the quaint property at 47 Caroline St needed a painting refresh. After over 10 years, the committee had decided it was time to update the building's externals to protect its integrity and modernise it's appearance.

Prior to commencing works, our Melbourne team worked closely with the strata committee to devise a tailored plan that would encompass external painting and minor render repairs. Numerous site assessments allowed us to determine viable means of access to both common areas and private unit substrates, as well as a revised colour scheme that would uplift the property.

Our painting experts used a Haymes paint specification on various surfaces, using a mixture of EWPs along the driveway and scaffolding in the courtyard to reach higher elevations. All residents were notified of the works schedule, absolving any potential mishaps. Nonetheless, our team ensured that entrances and pathways were not obstructed throughout   the project.

The result is a building that looks drastically different compared to its previous state. We are happy to have successfully fulfilled the committee's vision for the property.
