The coastal apartment block of 25 Carters Lane accentuates modern living in 'The Gong'. The complex utilises a textured render finish throughout the property for durability but also for aesthetic elegance.

When the strata committee endeavoured to update their property, our Wollongong team of experts sought to provide the most suitable painting solution that met the members' needs. By conducting multiple site meetings, our team was able to thoroughly assess the property and pinpoint areas of improvement. 

The scope of works entailed a comprehensive external repaint to all buildings, car-park and internal common areas. To achieve this, our team developed a works schedule that aligned with the residents. During the project, we diligently sustained traffic and pedestrian management solutions to minimise interference. 

The project wasn't without it's complications. Weather conditions hampered progress but we maintained a quality finish while applying a colour change to the externals. 

We used a combination of boom lifts and abseil equipment to access all substrates, making sure every surface received the same level of attention to achieve uniformity.

Unlike the elements, our team delivered consistency from start to finish.
