Our Hobart painting professionals performed an external repainting project at 15 Murray St to repair and restore the façade of a Jones Lang LaSalle managed property. The facility forms part of the State Executive Building in Hobart.
Before repainting, we scraped off old blistered paintwork and scraped down the facade using a binder sealer to protect existing render. Our operatives applied two coats of Dulux AcraTex in heritage colours.
We used traffic control management and erected pedestrian ramps to enable safe access.
Out of hours work enabled extensive works to be completed before the operational hours of the facility.
