Higgins was engaged to perform repainting at the commercial facility located at 10 Help Street Chatswood. The scope of works featured an extensive external repaint including a colour change.
The project was not without its challenges however, as there were thoroughfares on both sides of the building that were required to remain operational. To overcome this, we utilised a swing stage that landed on scaffolding, enabling pedestrians to safely utilise the walkway underneath.
Weekly site meetings were held throughout the project’s duration to ensure that our operations team were able to stay on top of any issues as they occurred – with discussions routinely held between the customer and our salesperson.
