Surrey Crescent Apartments Repaint

Higgins recently prepared and repainted the Surrey Crescent Apartments for body corporate company, About Body Corporate. This 5-storey boutique apartment complex is situated in a stunning area of Auckland, New Zealand.

For the duration of this project, all works were planned and colours chosen in close consultation with the Property Manager from Mint Property. Our team provided colour samples lead by a Dulux specification. The concreate surface colour 'Mt Aspiring Half' was chosen along with a Stained Cedar Surfaces colour known as 'Kowhai'. 

As seen in the video, half of the building was accessed via scaffold, whilst the other half required our Auckland abseil team to wash and paint around the Louvres.
