Pacific Building Management engaged our Newcastle Team to provide an external repaint to The Royal Apartments complex in King Street Newcastle, overlooking Newcastle Beach. The site was previously the location of The Royal Newcastle Hospital and is a focal point within the Newcastle CBD.
The scope of works included a full building wash-down, remedial repairs and repainting to all external surfaces. The works utilised a combination of abseiling, EWP’s and ground crews. Our team had to plan out the project diligently given that
the site contained a mix of strata residents and commercial tenants.
The end result was of our typical high quality, with the building now looking just as picturesque as its surroundings.
