St Vincent’s Care Services Kangaroo Point offers progressive care in a stimulating and caring environment, where staff ensure residents feel welcome, valued and safe. The facility has earned a wonderful reputation as a place where elderly residents are cared for with respect and compassion.

And now it looks as great as the care inside, on the outside, after Higgins Coatings completed significant external repainting and remedial building works. Not just a standard external repaint, our team also applied over 1000m2 of render, installed bird spikes and completed concrete repairs. They also worked with a local signwriter to design and install the impressive LED signage.

Our team were on site over ten weeks, and required a bevy of height access equipment, including; EWP, swing stages, scaffolding and abseils.
