Located opposite the prestigious Crown Entertainment Complex in Southbank, Prima Pearl is Melbourne’s second tallest residential tower standing at 225m with over 67 levels. This was a major project for Higgins Coatings with painting required for 691 apartments, 2 full levels of luxurious, 6-star, hotel-style amenities, and 8 levels of podium parking. Work was completed over a two year period with anywhere between 17 and 35 painters on site at any one time.
